Cancellation Policy

Fees: 1 hour video call: $150 $40 for every extra slot of 15 minutes Extra fee to schedule the appointment with Italia Real Estate Agent: $100 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time will be fully refunded. No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled apointment time are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Fee: A fee of $10 will be charged for rescheduling an appointment if the request is made within 48 hours of the scheduled one. Technical Issues Policy: Italy Uncovered Technical Issues: If an appointment is significantly disrupted by technical issues on Italy Uncovered side, the client may reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible due to the Italy Uncovered persisting technical problems, the client will be fully refunded. Client's Technical Issues: If an appointment is significantly disrupted by technical issues on the client's side, no refund will be provided. The client must ensure that both the Italian real estate and themselves, they have the appropriate technology and internet connection needed for the video meeting. Missed Appointment Policy: Personal Emergencies: In the event of a personal emergency, the client may reschedule the missed lesson without any additional cost, provided they notify us as soon as possible. This policy is applicable for up to two instances per calendar year. Italy Uncovered Unavailability: If I become unavailable due to personal reasons, the client will be notified as soon as possible and the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Schedule appointment with Italian Real Estate: please be advised that due to the current lack of responses, we cannot guarantee the successful booking of the property viewing. Please note that the fee will be charged in advance regardless of the booking outcome. We are committed to providing a smooth experience and will work diligently to address any issues that arise.
