Cancellation Policy

Online Italian Lessons Policy Lesson Fees: Individual Sessions: $35 per hour per person. Sessions for Two Individuals (Same Party): $60 per hour. Group Sessions with Three or Four People (Same Party): $25 per hour per person. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time will be fully refunded. No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Fee: A fee of $10 will be charged for rescheduling a lesson if the request is made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time. Technical Issues Policy: Educator’s Technical Issues: If a lesson is significantly disrupted by technical issues on the educator’s side, the student may reschedule the lesson at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible due to the educator’s technical problems, the student will be fully refunded. Student’s Technical Issues: If a lesson is significantly disrupted by technical issues on the student’s side, no refund will be provided. Students must ensure they have the appropriate technology and internet connection available for the lesson. Missed Lessons Policy: Personal Emergencies: In the event of a personal emergency, the student may reschedule the missed lesson without any additional cost, provided they notify us as soon as possible. This policy is applicable for up to two instances per calendar year. Medical Emergencies: Sudden illness, hospitalization, or accidents requiring immediate attention. Family Emergencies: Critical health issues or death of a close family member. Natural Disasters: Events such as earthquakes, floods, or severe weather conditions that directly affect your safety or ability to attend the lesson. Unforeseen Legal Obligations: Jury duty or other unexpected legal matters that require your presence. Serious Home Issues: Such as a fire, burglary, or significant property damage that needs immediate attention. Personal emergencies are generally considered to be significant, unexpected events that are beyond your control and require immediate action. Educator Unavailability: If the educator is unavailable due to personal reasons, students will be notified in advance and the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
